Welcome to the Geelong Design Week EOI

Over 11 days from 1 to 11 October 2026, Geelong Design Week will bring businesses, designers, creatives and the community together to showcase design projects, stories and talents from across our region and beyond.

Thank you for your interest in participating in Geelong Design Week 2026 and the inaugural Victorian Regional Design Fair at the newly opened Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre. This form is your opportunity to express interest in the Open Program, Geelong Design Trade Showcase, Design Pop-up Shop, or Talks & Panel Discussions.

Key Dates:

  • EOI Opens: Wednesday 25 February 2026
  • EOI Closes: Sunday 29 March 2026 at 11.59pm
  • Assessment: Monday 30 March 2026
  • Notifications Sent: Friday 10 April 2026

Late applications cannot be accepted.

All Expressions of Interest will be carefully reviewed by the Geelong Design Week selection panel to ensure a high-quality, inclusive, and engaging program. Submissions are assessed on their alignment with Geelong Design Week’s goals, design excellence, creativity, innovation, sustainability, and potential to engage audiences and contribute to the city-wide celebration of design.

If your application is successful, the information you provide will be advertised as part of the 2026 Geelong Design Week program and promotional materials. Approved applicants will have the opportunity to review their content prior to publishing. The City of Greater Geelong may suggest or make edits to your event title and description but the City is not responsible for content errors or omissions by applicants.

Whether you’re interested in participating in the Open Program, showcasing your work in the Geelong Design Trade Showcase, selling in the Design Pop-Up Shop, or presenting a Talk or Panel Discussion, this is your chance to share your creativity, connect with the design community, and be part of Victoria’s premier regional design celebration.
